Striking in-store campaigns that drive sales
Åhléns is one of Sweden’s leading brands, with 50 department stores nationwide. As the Creative Director and Art Director, I enjoyed developing visual concepts for these stores. We created designs using bold images and clear messages that reflected the brand, all aimed at boosting sales. Our goal was to produce striking displays, often by layering visuals for greater depth and impact. In the examples below, we employed a fresh, natural style combined with clever merchandising, all while working within a limited budget.

Make room for more bedmates, a bedding textile campaign encouraging those with spacious homes to welcome people in need of a place to sleep. We played with perspective by flipping the beds, both in the window displays and in-store.

Spring campaign to refresh balconies and patios, featuring a green floor as a key visual for both in-store and online materials. The posters showcase furniture at true scale for stores with limited display space.

”Äntligen svemester”, a playful combination of Sweden and Holiday, similar to ”Finally staycation”. This summer campaign showcased lush greenery in stores and windows, along with easy-to-pick merchandise.
