“TILLSAMMANS” An exhibition fit for royalty, open to all
IKEA hosted an exhibition to celebrate the wedding of the Crown Princess. As the Art Director, I enjoyed contributing to the creation of the “Let’s be TOGETHER” concept, inviting visitors to explore and share their experiences with others. The exhibition displayed IKEA designers’ creative interpretations of Haga Palace, the wedding couple’s residence, featuring interactive experiences and “selfie-friendly” elements.
I oversaw the ideation process, developed the graphic profile, sourced suppliers, and implemented new technological solutions. The project was completed in just five months. During its two-week run, the exhibition attracted over 40,000 visitors and garnered extensive media coverage. The event was recognised by the advertising and retail industries: it won the Retail Awards for “Marketing Idea of the Year” and was nominated for a Golden Egg.
